Sara was attentive, knowledgeable, extremely kind, and has a killer music playlist. On the glacier hike specifically, she gave clear instructions, reviewed safety guidelines thoroughly, and made sure everyone was wicked comfortable. I wish I had her as my guide for all my excursions. The HIGHLIGHT was it was my birthday and she kindly surprised me with a slice of cake along the way. So unexpected, but so grateful. I was really appreciative of that. HIGHLY recommend SARA!!!”

“A MUST in Iceland. Amazing landscape. Really out of this world. Our driver Lili and our guide Hawk were amazing! I love Hawk’s sense of humor and how he handled problems. We had to change our jeep because the first one broke down. But he handled it well even though it set us back 30 minutes. The hike was not easy I would say. You need to be in good physical shape and be very careful because it was slippery. But definitely recommend!”

“The experience was great. The time in the black beach was too short. People should be encouraged to eat on the bus to save the time. The minibus seats were uncomfortable. Everything else was really fabulous.”

“We had a great time on our Iceland adventure, even if the weather didn't totally cooperate. Dugar, our guide, was highly knowledgeable, friendly and upbeat. As we set off for the glacier hike in the rain, Dugar reminded us "Iceland is for Adventure!" Despite the weather we still got to do everything on the itinerary and had an awesome time doing it. The glacier hike, blue ice cave, and 'diamond' beach were the favorites for our family, but really we loved every stop on the tour. On the last night the weather cleared just in time for us to even get to see a slight glow of the Northern Lights.”

“This tour was excellent, we went in winter and even though the daylight hours were short, we had good time everywhere and benefitted from gorgeous golden-hour light in each location. We loved the small group size and personal interactions with the guide who truly loved the places we were visiting. Driving through the ice and black sands to the Katla glacier was just as much an experience as the ice cave itself. thoroughly recommend to anyone with a free day in Reykjavik.”

“We really enjoyed our tour guide Lilly who was very knowledgeable with an interactive manner about her. Carl, our driver, we found to be an excellent, safe, and conscientious. One challenge we found was waiting an extremely long time for a late passenger. The time to return could be made more clear for future passengers going on these tours. We appreciated that the tour was packed with excellent sites and we really loved seeing the unique views, however; There was confusion between TripAdvisor and the tour company on what sites were provided on this tour. We would recommend this tour though!”

“Disappointed in the experience. Only an hour on the snowmobile and too many people booked on the tour (over 50) so you just had to follow everyone very slowly in a line. It would have been better to divide the group into smaller numbers and stagger departure times so you weren’t waiting on others all the time. We asked for snow boots but these weren’t offered to everyone so the majority of people got wet feet. Would have been good to know the bikes had heated handlebars as my fingers were freezing.”
