“As with most things in Iceland it’s the cost of things to do. However it’s a good way of seeing the city and the in house information is very useful. The bus visit all the sites and helps with deciding where to go in the future. If you haven’t done any research where to go this bus is useful”

When I contacted the tour operator they ghosted me some more. Customer service would not even refund the money I paid them not reimburse for the expensive taxi I had to take last minute and I almost missed my flight. Viator has been unreliable and inconsiderate. They pawn it off on it being “third party contractors” and there is “nothing they can do”. Take FlyBus instead….i saw them come 3 times and pick up people for the airport where…”

She was an excellent guide and spent 2 1/2 hours with us. Loved this tour. Great thing to do soon after you arrive.”
