It was our last day but for sure if I come back I will book with them. They did provide a refund since we couldn’t see anything.”

We rescheduled at no charge for two days later. We then received the same email about "less than good conditions" and the tour being cancelled. We had run out of days and received a full refund instead of a free reschedule. We were bummed that we didn't get to go, however were very impressed by the company. They could have taken us out to the middle or nowhere and had us sit in the freezing cold looking…”
