Mimir thoroughly discussed the food preparation, restaurant history and cultural topics on our walk between stops. We thoroughly enjoyed our three hours. “I honestly can't remember the guides name but he was about 6ft3 shaved head, with glasses. He was amazing and the food was brilliant, I think if we did not have the guide with his knowledge and warmth of character and just how funny he was it would of put a bit of a dampener on the tour but credit to him he was amazing so hopefully he knows that. I also don't think the fermented shark is too bad 😂 Thankyou for the experience”

“Two 8 years olds for this tour - AH - MA - ZING!! From the introduction to the Nordic Gods and the pillars in the Center Square - the guide captivated the kids imagination and eating experience. Hot chocolate, pastries, candy, ice cream, and yogurt...the American kids ate everything and asked a billion questions. He was patient, kind and so engaged.
