The food was excellent and in much larger portions than expected. “Bring your appetite “ is correct. - the tour was a great value. There was a wide variety local food - all delicious. Mimir thoroughly discussed the food preparation, restaurant history and cultural topics on our walk between stops. We thoroughly enjoyed our three hours. “I honestly can't remember the guides name but he was about 6ft3 shaved head, with glasses. He was amazing and the food was brilliant, I think if we did not have the guide with his knowledge and warmth of character and just how funny he was it would of put a bit of a dampener on the tour but credit to him he was amazing so hopefully he knows that. I also don't think the fermented shark is too bad 😂 Thankyou for the experience”
